Ulrika Sundberg Entrepreneur , motivational speaker, and author of the book *You’re Not Broken*. Ulrika talks about breaking patterns, taking responsibility, and stopping self-sabotage. With humor and warmth, Ulrika discusses her book and the importance of daring to challenge yourself—which she also does with this talk!
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Drum Meditation with Malina Stanley
A guided deep meditation where the rhythmic vibrations of the drum help you let go of the noise of everyday life and find stillness, presence, and renewal.
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
An inspiring talk on women’s health with Sandra Lavesson. Gain a better understanding of the body’s unique needs throughout life’s different stages. Feel free to combine this with the 6:30 p.m. yoga class for a holistic experience.
6:30–7:30 p.m.
Yoga class with Sandra Lavesson—gentle and calming. Let go of the day’s hustle and settle into your body.
Yoga mats are available to borrow.
8:00 p.m. - ColdShine is playing!
Tattoo artists, exhibitors, and piercers will be on site.
Throughout the day, visitors will be able to participate in various workshops and lectures in the same building.

Laughter Workshop with Petra Svensson

Cecilia Olsson readsfrom her debut novel , *Om ingen annan får dig* (If No One Else Gets You). A suspenseful novel about betrayal, grief, and unexpected twists. Following the reading, there will be an opportunity for a book signing and a discussion.
2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Workshop: “Clarity Brings Security—From Insight to Action,” with RESURS STARK’s Nina Springh Norin.
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
